My Mulberry Bayswater

If you know me then you know that I have a little bit of an obsession for handbags. I have a lot of bags in all different shapes, sizes and colours. I love each and every one of them whether they are from Primark or if they are a high quality real leather bag. If you also know me then you will also know that for a long time now I have really wanted to buy a genuine Mulberry but because they are so expensive I haven’t been able to have one.

When the Mulberry sale started I was looking for a Bayswater and I very nearly purchased a Black Forest on net-a-porter.com on boxing day but it sold out straight away and I felt like I had missed an opportunity. Following this I decided that I really needed to have one as soon as possible and the next best thing was to purchase one from the Bicester outlet.  So last Sunday we took a trip to the outlet and I purchased the lovely Bayswater below. It is an outlet special which means this colour (putty) is only available in the outlets and it doesn’t come with the normal clochette or feet. I knew I wanted a colour that I could wear with almost any outfit and this does the job perfectly because it is a neutral colour. I think it is a truly beautiful bag, the smell and texture of the leather is gorgeous and I am so happy to finally have a Mulberry. While I was there I also spotted a beautiful bright pink Lily which I also fell in love with so I’m going to start saving now so hopefully I can purchase another in a few months.
